And I would agree with its contents. Often we forget that success requires the will to act and work hard to make things happen. This requires more than management book language, or buzz words. It is not that they are necessary wrong.
But it seems often to use these words and do some management things because we think we have to do them to look good. Using them like robots lose their initial meaning.
Making a company successful requires, above all, clear thinking.
